Joining the Los Alamos Aquatomics

Thanks for your interest in the Los Alamos Aquatomics! Joining our team is not difficult, and it just takes a couple steps. Here’s how:

Age Group Swimmers

  1. Fill out the registration form for the Los Alamos Aquatomics (LAA).
    This form will give you information on dues and financial expectations.
  2. Fill out the Age-Group Medical Form and Contact Information.
    This form asks pertinent questions for medical information and who we should contact in case of emergency. Please be sure to sign it.
  3. Sign the Code of Conduct agreement form.
    This form establishes an agreement between the swimmer/parent and the team/coaching staff with regards to conduct.
  4. Fill out the USA Swimming Registration form or USA Seasonal Registration (April 4 to August 31 only).
    There is an annual fee for becoming a USA registered swimmer. One important aspect of this requirement is insurance for all athletes and the team while at practice or meets. Use club code "LAA"
  5. Make a copy of proof of birth-date for your swimmer(s).
    This can be either a birth certificate or passport.
  6. Contact Linda Corliss, our team registrar, to drop off the forms and have your questions about our program answered.

Masters Swimmers

  1. Join US Masters Swimming.
    There is an annual fee for becoming a US Masters Swimming registered swimmer. One important aspect of this requirement is insurance for all athletes and the team while at practice or meets.
  2. Fill out the Masters Medical Form and Contact Information.
    This form asks pertinent questions for medical information and who we should contact in case of emergency.
  3. Review the dues structure.
  4. Come to a practice to drop off the forms, pay dues, get wet, and have your questions about our program answered.

Note: Team dues do not include pool entrance fees.
