Team Dues

• All swimmers are required to be registered with the parent organizations of United States Masters Swimming and/or USA Swimming for insurance purposes.
• Team dues are required in addition to the Aquatic Center entrance fees. Dues offset the cost of coaching and other team expenses.
• The team is a non-profit organization.
• Dues are to be paid on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis according to the following pay schedules.
• No swimmer will be allowed to practices without being in good standing regarding his or her dues.
• Statements are mailed on the 15^th day of the preceding month and are payable by the 7^th day of the month, a late fee of 20% will be charged past this deadline.
• If the dues and late fee are not paid by the last day of the month the account will be placed in delinquent condition (i.e., not in good standing) and an administrative processing fee will be added to the account.
• Dues are not prorated based on use of coaching in a month nor are refunds given for prepayment of months not swam.
