A short time later, Katie Hoff set the meet record in the women’s 400m free with a time of 4:06.21. Thu, 15 Jul 2010 11:54:33 -0600 Ziegler sets meet record for second time in LA 2008 Olympian Kate Ziegler opened the LA Grand Prix Thursday night by setting the meet record in the prelims of the women’s 800m freestyle.
